IFRS Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented accountant who will become an important part of our finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting records for the group’s companies, preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining accounting records for several group companies
    • Participating in the preparation of monthly interim financial statements in accordance with international standards
    • VAT calculation
    • Supporting audit procedures
    • Preparing reports upon management request
    • Participating in the setup of the automated accounting system
  • What’s important
    • Higher education in Economics or Finance
    • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles
    • Experience with international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Nice to have:
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
    • Experience in international companies, including Big Four firms
    • Experience in supporting audit procedures
    • Experience across all functional areas of accounting
    • Advanced MS Excel skills

Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support key merchants: onboarding, integrations, monitoring, and proactive incident resolution.
  • What you will do:
    • Manage a portfolio of merchants: technical onboarding, integrations, and change management
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business and technical requirements
    • Set up and use monitoring tools; track the impact of releases on merchants
    • Independently investigate and resolve complex incidents and bugs
    • Escalate issues and work directly with DevOps / Monitoring / Development teams
    • Analyze upcoming releases and prevent issues before they occur
    • Define and track integration quality and stability metrics
  • Our ideal candidate has
    Technical background
    • Experience with APIs, integrations, debugging, and logs
    • Fintech / payments experience is a strong plus
    • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk or similar)
    • Understanding of production environments: Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience and soft skills
    • Experience working with external clients / merchants
    • Ability to translate technical topics into business risks and vice versa
    • Experience collaborating with multiple teams
    • Proactive mindset: ability to identify issues before they become incidents

Sales Ops Manager
We are looking for a SalesOps Manager. You will be responsible for designing the onboarding setup for each client, negotiating commercial terms, and finding the optimal cooperation model that works for both sides.
  • What you will do:
    • Support clients through all onboarding stages: terms alignment, KYB compliance checks, contract signing, integration, and launch
    • Ensure all onboarding processes run smoothly and without delays
    • Collaborate with multiple teams (IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance) to enable fast and efficient client implementation
    • Help clients navigate their questions, route tasks to the appropriate teams, and ensure timely completion
    • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
  • What’s important:
    • Fintech experience is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of KYB procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Experience working with contracts
    • Technical literacy — coding is not required, but understanding how financial services and business processes work is important. Experience working with APIs is a strong plus
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher — part of communication with clients and colleagues will be in English
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, DocuSign is a plus
    • Ability to quickly understand processes and find solutions
    • Proactive mindset and ownership
    • Strong communication skills — you will frequently interact with clients and internal teams, negotiate terms, and clarify details
