We are looking for a Product Manager who will help us build efficient processes for provider interactions, drive new integrations, and ensure continuous monitoring of system performance.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze the market: research existing payment methods, their popularity and cost across different countries, and track new provider offerings.
Assess the potential of new partnerships with providers.
Define requirements for providers, countries, and payment methods to support the BizDev team.
Analyze routing efficiency with current providers (cost and conversion rates) and prepare optimization proposals.
Build a process for obtaining information about production changes.
Conduct a full provider analysis: transaction volume, conversion rates, financial and other aspects.
Maintain communication with providers: define requirements, process requests (chats, newsletters), identify promising features, and assign development tasks.
Develop a prioritization system for new integrations and apply it in practice.
Calculate costs for new payment flows (in collaboration with the Finance team, providing transaction volume estimates).
Oversee the integration and launch process with merchants.
Support colleagues during the implementation phase (provider communication, analytics).
Coordinate the launch of new providers and methods: inform and train internal teams.
Enhance the business monitoring system together with the monitoring team: track global incidents and minor changes (transaction volumes, amounts, etc.).
Requirements:
Experience in payment solutions / fintech (product, integration, or operations role).
English proficiency — B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher).
Solid understanding of payment systems fundamentals: gateways, processing, routing, conversion.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic SQL for independent traffic and performance analysis.
Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and manage complex information flows.
Partnerships Manager
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help scale our banking and payment partner network through strong, mutually beneficial relationships. This role is not about cold negotiations — it’s about thoughtful work at the intersection of commercial strategy, regulatory awareness, and long-term partnership building.
You’ll find and onboard new partners (banks, payment providers, fintechs, KYC/AML services), negotiate terms, maintain existing relationships, and ensure smooth collaboration with our team.
What you will do:
Find and onboard new partners — payment providers, banks, KYC/AML services, fintech players
Lead negotiations — agree on terms, fees, collaboration models, and contingency plans
Build sustainable relationships — communicate regularly with partners, identify growth points and areas for optimisation
Analyse and monitor risks — consider regulatory, sanctions, tax, and compliance limitations
Support technical and operational processes — from integration to SLA and payout matters
Contribute to marketing and brand development — through partner collaborations and industry events

What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in fintech, payment systems, or banking
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex cases
Understanding of bank structures, PSPs, and regulatory requirements — especially in EU, CIS, MENA, and APAC jurisdictions
Ability to work with legal documentation, lawyers, and AML departments
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Structured thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Willingness to deeply understand partners’ products and business models
Strong communication skills.
